Everything is fine, but I was surprised by the amount of the refund (about half the cost of the dress taking into account the discount). It turned out that I did not carefully read the rules for returning goods:

And this was just my case. I remembered that I ordered several products and applied a 15% discount to the order, the condition of which was that the order amount was at least 5,000 rubles.

After I made a return request Money for defective goods, the order amount without the returned goods no longer met the terms of the transaction. Thus, the entire discount for the entire order was deducted from the amount of the dress without a discount.

Given this fact, it would be more logical to request a replacement dress rather than a refund.
