The boiler part consists of a body, a front water-cooled cover, a flue gas exhaust duct, supports, a frame, thermal insulation and a decorative casing.

The boiler body is cylindrical in shape and includes a combustion chamber, front and rear tube sheets, a convective flue and an outer shell.

The combustion chamber is cylindrical, made in the form of a flame tube with a welded flat bottom.

The flame tube's leading edge is welded to the front tube sheet, and the bottom of the flame tube is connected to the rear tube sheet by 24 anchor rods.

The bottom of the flame tube and the rear tube plate form a plastic system that compensates for the thermal expansion of the flame tube.

The tube plates, the flame tube and its bottom are made of sheet steel.

The convective flue of the boiler is formed from 152 smoke tubes located on 3 concentric circles. The pipes are grouped into 4 bundles and welded into tube sheets. Gaps are left between the bundles of smoke tubes for inspection and cleaning of the boiler on the water side. Seamless pipes are used as smoke pipes. Circular grooves are rolled onto the pipe to intensify heat transfer.

The outer shell is made of sheet steel. On the outer shell there are:

6) brackets with hinged bolts for fastening the front water-cooled cover;

7) explosion valve;

Boiler supports are also attached to the body for installation on the frame.

1.4.2.4 The front water-cooled cover consists of 2 standard elliptical bottoms. In the central part of the cover there is a burner pipe with a flange for connecting the burner.
