First, remember that ID is just an email used to log into iTunes and iCloud. If you can’t remember it, you can restore it by first and last name, for this:
- Go to Settings and then to iCloud Control.

If the password recovery operation fails...

- Open the settings and proceed to the "cloud".
- Move the switch for all services to disabled.
