Good bluetooth headset. Bluetooth headset: TOP10 very best

There is no need to talk for a long time about the benefits of a good Bluetooth headset in our hectic life. Almost everyone has smartphones and tablets today. Therefore, any experienced mobile user understands perfectly well how important it is sometimes to have free hands and at the same time be in touch. And it is extremely desirable that it – this connection – be of the highest quality possible, for as long as possible and where needed.

FindTheBest site specialists analyzed all the data at their disposal, including ratings, user reviews and various expert reviews, and came up with a list of the best Bluetooth headsets, so to speak, of all times. It turned out to be small, but very interesting. Be curious. Maybe you have used or are still using one of the best headsets in the world.

So, TOP10 best bluetooth headsets according to the specialized information and analytical resource FindTheBest:

10. Bluetooth headset Jawbone ICON

Jawbone ICON weighs only 8.2 g. The lithium-ion battery of this device charges in 2 hours, then in continuous operation mode - up to 4.5 hours, in standby mode - up to 10 days. The range is 10 meters. Bluetooth version 2.1 with EDR. The model is equipped with a noise reduction system (Noise Assasin with two microphones). Quite mediocre characteristics for 2011, I must say. However, they bought Icon not only because of its characteristics. Jawbone ICON is a high-tech, high-quality, interesting and very beautiful thing. We add here competent controls, comfort during long-term wearing and a number of useful additional features such as the ability to load new voices for notifications, change sound effects, etc. Buy a bluetooth headset Jawbone ICON is still available today, it costs about $70.

9. Bluetooth headset Plantronics Pulsar 590A

Like the Icon, the Plantronics Pulsar 590A also charges in 2 hours and has a similar range. However, this product was made in the form factor of real headphones and is significantly larger than the miniature Icon in size (and the weight of the 590A is as much as 98 g), but at the same time it is distinguished by greater autonomy. The built-in battery lasted for more than 12 hours of talk time. Simply put, with the Pulsar 590A you could chat on the phone and/or listen to music all day long. Considering that the model was released back in 2006, today it is already a real rarity. Plantronics Pulsar 590A sold for $120.

8. Bluetooth headset Sound ID 510

In 2010, the model was launched on the market under a cool slogan: a “flexible” Bluetooth headset for the iPhone. Not in the sense of bending, but in the sense of adaptable. The Sound ID 510 included a function to switch between different sound options without changing the volume, a function that allows the user to hear environmental sounds without removing the headset, and an active noise reduction function. Plus, there was a separate mobile application for the iPhone, through which it was possible to adjust sound parameters, monitor the battery level, etc. Charging time for ID 510 is 3 hours, talk time is 5 hours. Price - $100.

7. Bluetooth headset Plantronics Voyager Pro+

Compared to the rather large Pulsar 590A, the Voyager Pro+ released in 2010 looked simply tiny. Nevertheless, the model was rightfully considered exemplary both in sound quality and ergonomics. It was very comfortable to wear, thanks to its successful design and good quality materials, charged quickly (up to 1.5 hours), did not work very long (a little more than 5 hours in talk mode, and up to 120 hours in standby mode), but the relatively low autonomy is more than was compensated by excellent speech quality (proprietary AudioIQ2 technology) and effective noise reduction. In the car, Plantronics Voyager Pro+ worked just fine. Today the model has already been withdrawn from sale. Last known price - $80.

6. Bluetooth headset Jabra BT8010

Year of release 2007. Wireless stereo headset (in fact, two headsets at once) Jabra BT8010 was superior to most competitors in many respects:
- it was equipped with its own three-line OLED display, which displayed information about operating modes, battery charge, current phone call, names of audio tracks, etc.;
- provided good quality of speech transmission in both stereo and mono modes;
Plus good ergonomics, good operating time (up to 10 hours of talk time), rich equipment (many users liked the branded canvas carrying bag).
The price of the device is from $150.

5. Bluetooth headset Plantronics Discovery 975

... attracted me with a very interesting external design - on the one hand, unusual and even slightly futuristic, and on the other - simple and pleasant. This bluetooth headset is comfortable in everything: to wear, to use, to control. However, it also had one more very practical feature in the form of a branded case with a built-in battery. In other words, an external battery or, as it is called today, an autonomous charger, moreover, with a built-in display and a nice carabiner. That is, the user, if necessary, could recharge the headset directly on his trouser belt or in his jacket pocket. The total time of continuous operation of the Plantronics Discovery 975 increased to 15 hours (in the case the device was charged in 1 hour). You can still buy a 975 Bluetooth headset and, probably, even need it. This unusual exhibit is definitely worth its current $75, and no analogues with the same functionality, sound quality and equipment have appeared since 2010.

4. Bluetooth headset Plantronics Voyager PRO HD

In 2011, the design of the Voyager PRO HD model seemed to many to be slightly outdated. The mass mobile user has begun to get used to very small headsets. Therefore, the very convenient and functional, but not the smallest Voyager PRO HD initially attracted criticism, but then the situation improved. Proprietary voice quality, acceptable battery life (6/120 hours), excellent noise reduction system and proven reliability, combined with a fairly reasonable retail price (about $50), became an offer that was difficult to refuse.

3. Bluetooth headset BlueAnt V1

Even today, BlueAnt headsets are not so easy to find in domestic stores. And in 2008, the V1 model was almost lost. But not really. And there were reasons for this. Firstly, V1 supported a new standard at that time (in 2008) bluetooth connection 2.1. Secondly, it was truly the world's first Bluetooth headset with a voice interface, through which the user could give voice commands to his own phone, in particular, answer calls not by pressing a button, but with a voice command, and by voice dial numbers from the contact list. BlueAnt V1 even included a special voice tutorial for those who don’t particularly like to read manuals. And, of course, there is the entire necessary set of functions: noise reduction system, voice isolation (speech selection from extraneous noise), echo and wind protection. And all this in a package weighing only 10 g and for only $70.

2. Bluetooth headset Jawbone Era

The first generation Jawbone Era was released three years ago. With Era, Aliph decided on a rather bold experiment: these headsets were equipped with a built-in spatial position sensor. And it worked - all the functions declared by the manufacturer worked perfectly. Aliph's commitment to continuous improvement software their new products also played a role. If experts called the Icon model revolutionary, then the Era is probably the evolution of the revolution. Attractive design, good equipment (including a carrying case, 8 different attachments for easy carrying and a separate network adapter), good autonomy (5/240 hours), but the main thing is a well-thought-out control system, voice reminders, effective noise reduction, high quality speech transmission, MyTalk (convenient updating, voice change, mobile applications) and a whole set of additional functions (connecting to two smartphones at once, automatic sound control, Caller ID). Today, Jawbone Era can be purchased for an average of $100. By the way, the second generation Jawbone Era went on sale this year.

1. Bluetooth headset Plantronics Voyager Pro

Yes, not Pro+ or Pro HD, but rather a large, and by today’s standards so simply gigantic, model of 2009 Voyager Pro collected all 100 points in the FindTheBest smart rating and became the best Bluetooth headset according to the resource. Why? Obviously because then Plantronics wanted to make a good and reliable (almost professional) headset, and they did it. And even though its autonomy was not so great (up to 6 hours of talk time), it was very comfortable to wear, its controls were simple and clear (all the buttons were large, logically located), and it provided excellent sound in any conditions (AudioIQ - echo suppression, DSP, etc., WindSmar - wind protection, Multipoint and other technological bells and whistles). In general, perhaps Plantronics Voyager Pro did not turn out to be truly professional (the battery life was disappointing), but this is actually a cool Bluetooth headset for all occasions.

Why use headphones with wires when you have the opportunity to abandon this archaism and not burden yourself with the need to constantly deal with an interfering, inappropriately tangled cable, without losing absolutely nothing?

If you have not found the answer to this question, then this top wireless headphones 2017 is for you. It presents the best models of Bluetooth ears - from inexpensive headsets for training and active pastime, to full-size premium headphones. Let's begin.

Headphones for sports

Headphones designed for active use cases should be comfortable, have a secure fit, decent sound isolation and, of course, good sound quality. The models we have chosen fully comply with these criteria.

Sony SBH80

SBH80 are the most expensive sports headphones in the sports part of the rating, their price tag is 120-130 dollars. And this cost is justified to the last penny by their non-standard functionality.

Sony headphones have a built-in vibration motor that signals incoming notifications, and NFC module, through which the headset is synchronized with a smartphone literally in a second - you just need to touch the two devices to each other.

The SBH80 weighs 16 grams, they are weightless on the neck, and thanks to the presence of a special jumper, the headphones do not fall out of the ears when running and walking. The headset is equipped with a control panel with 2 built-in microphones. Time battery life from one charge – up to 6 hours of continuous music playback.

Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth

The headset from Xiaomi is much cheaper - 2000 rubles, without overpaying from Aliexpress you can order them for only 25 bucks. These are in-ear headphones with a behind-the-ear method of wearing, which, due to their large size, are better suited for men than for the fair sex.

The headset is controlled using the remote control (calls, turn on/pause the player) and the buttons on the right earpiece (volume adjustment). Mi Sports can rightfully be classified as long-lived, their autonomy can reach up to 7.5 hours, and we also include a high volume reserve as an advantage. Taking into account the cost, there is only one drawback - the lack of aptX support, but even taking this into account, Mi Sports sound no worse than competitors in the price segment.

LG Tone Infinim

Tone Infinim is one of best options for your money (5 thousand), primarily in terms of sound quality. The headset supports aptX and produces clear, detailed, somewhat monitor sound.

As the flagship device in the line of wireless solutions from LG, Tone Infinim is equipped with a vibration alert, a noise reduction system and has support for many proprietary functions, including Tone&Talk (message reading, voice notifications, etc.). Disadvantages: not the most durable design and thin wires, so the headphones require careful use.

On-ear and over-ear headphones

In the segment of wireless on-ear headphones, one of the best models in terms of price/quality ratio, JBL offers. We'll start with its products. this part rating, we recommend paying attention to two 2017 headphone models at once.

JBL T450BT and JBL Everest Elite 300

JBL T450BT (2.5 thousand rubles) is a popular budget model that can be described by the phrase “cheap and cheerful.” T450VT look nice, have decent build quality and good sound. In terms of ergonomics, the model also does not disappoint - the headphones are lightweight, they fit tightly around the head, which allows you to use them during sports. The other side of the coin is ear fatigue after 45-60 minutes of listening to music. Autonomy – up to 11 hours of continuous music playback.

Everest Elite 300 (10 thousand rubles) is a higher class model, which is manifested in the quality of assembly and materials used (leather ear pads), functionality ( active noise cancellation, aptX, smart control keys, ability wired connection) and, of course, great sound. With noise canceling turned on and working at 100%, the 300 lasts up to 10 hours, which can be considered an excellent result.

Marshall Major II Bluetooth

The Marshall Major II wireless headphones can be considered one of the most stylish headphones on the market. At an adequate price of 10 thousand rubles, they look really expensive - there is leather, gold-plated plugs, and a designer cable included, through which the headphones can be used in the classic way after the battery has been discharged. True, you will have to wait a long time for this - MM ll are record holders in terms of autonomy, one charge is enough for them to play music for 30 hours.

The feature of Marshall Major II is the ability to synchronize with second headphones for watching movies or listening to music together. To do this, the Majors will connect to the source via Bluetooth, and the second headset will connect directly to them using a cable. Well, the sound quality: without going into details, let’s just say that it’s excellent.

Sony MDR-ZX770BN

The MDR-ZX770BN from Sony are extremely balanced full-size headphones that can compete in sound with much more expensive models. For 8 thousand rubles you will get comfortable and light (240 g) ears that do not cause discomfort even with prolonged wear, with decent active sound insulation, the ability to wired connection and an autonomy of 13-14 hours.

In terms of sound, the XZ770BN are extremely interesting. They support aptX and AAC&SVC, and the sound itself can be described as driving, dense and pumping. There are no problems with booming low frequencies - they are exactly what they should be, while the mids and highs are reproduced quite cleanly and in detail. We recommend for purchase.

Pioneer SE-MS7BT

Pioneer SE-MS7BT is one of the most beautiful headphones in our selection. They are made in a classic design and look much more expensive than their price (10 thousand rubles). The headphones support Hi-Res Audio and provide up to 10 hours of battery life when listening to music at medium volume.

The SE-MS7BT's sound is universal and is perfect for any genre of music. Their only drawback is that they are not the most presentable cable for a wired connection, but it can be purchased separately without any problems. Everything else here is at the highest level for such a modest price.

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Wireless

For wireless headphones from Sennheiser you will have to pay about 20 thousand rubles. Momentum 2.0 is favored by its assembly (leather + metal), an effective active noise reduction system, a microphone built into the earcups, and, of course, excellent sound quality - the headphones produce dynamic, clear and rich low-frequency sound.

There are also disadvantages, and quite a few - the non-folding design, the insufficient diameter of the ear pads (as for full-size headphones), which may be critical for those with large ears. We’ll also write down the price tag as a minus; compared to the competitors included in the rating, it seems prohibitively high. But will this stop Sennheiser fans?

Bose QC25

As an excellent alternative to the Senheisers, you can consider the Bose QuietComfort 25 for the same 20 thousand. They look more expensive, and you can already feel the premium in everything - from the materials, to the thoughtfulness of the design and ease of fit.

A key benefit of the QC25 is its market-leading active noise cancellation system. They can provide silence not only when listening to music, but also make it possible to sleep comfortably, for example, on a train or plane against the backdrop of surrounding noise and din.

The Bose QC25 does not have a built-in battery; they run on AAA batteries (35 hours of battery life on one) or are connected in the classic way using the included cable. It’s hard to find fault with the sound of the headphones – the sound here fully corresponds to their considerable price.

Parrot Zik 3

Parrot Zik 3 plays in the same price segment and this is perhaps the most interesting headphone model in our rating. Zik 3 really embodies a lot of non-standard design and technical solutions.

The appearance of the headphones can be described simply as “luxury”. Their frame is made of aluminum, and the bowls and top part The frames are covered with genuine leather. There are special sensors inside the earcups that automatically stop playback when you remove the headphones from your head. In addition, Zik 3 has a built-in notification system - when there is an incoming call, they pronounce the subscriber’s name from the contact book or his number.

The headphones are controlled using swipes on the right earcup. touchpad, which is much more convenient than standard mechanical buttons from competitors.

Excellent sound quality, effective active noise cancellation and decent battery life (up to 18 hours) - all this speaks in favor of Parrot Zik 3, to which we give the title of the best wireless headphones on the market and the first place in our rating!

WITH the advent of the iPhone 6S Plus, Nexus 6P, Samsung Galaxy With Note 4 and other phablets, five-inch smartphones are no longer considered large. Despite their obvious comfort for working with text and graphics, they are uncomfortable to hold with one hand. This problem is especially relevant during a long conversation in the cold. Fortunately, you don’t have to take out the bulky device to perform many functions. Advanced means voice control and modern headsets allow you not only to communicate via a smartphone, but also to command it - much the same way Tony Stark controlled Jarvis. We decided to test two headsets from well-known manufacturers. They are very similar in appearance and key characteristics, but the devil is always in the details.

Once upon a time, you had to carry a separate charger for Bluetooth headsets. In standby mode they sat quietly for a week, but with active use they were discharged to zero after lunch. I expected roughly the same behavior from the testing participants, but they were pleasantly surprised. When you read about Bluetooth 4.0's cost-effectiveness and improved battery performance, it's not as impressive as the practical doubling of the battery life of a tiny device.

Modern headsets can be called truly intelligent. They perform automatic pairing, transmit requests to voice assistants, pause music playback for a while incoming call and notify voice messages about your condition. You only need to go into the smartphone settings once. In the future, just turn on the headset and you can immediately start using it. Pairing is done instantly.

Plantronics Explorer 500

The delivery set has two features: a removable additional mount and an original charging cable. It's flat and contains neodymium magnets, so you can hang it separately or together with the headset on a bag, clothing... anywhere. In any case, it will be difficult to lose such an accessory. The mount with a removable earhook is convenient to use where the headset might fall out, for example, during sports. It’s quite possible to walk around at home and in the office without it.

A simple noise reduction function has become commonplace even in budget headsets. Usually an additional microphone is used, and the difference in signal level with the main one makes the voice stand out against the background noise. In this case, processing algorithms can be very different. Most models only cope well with periodic noise or operate in a narrow frequency range. It also uses two external microphones and a whole set of filters. The digitized signal passes through them one by one, as a result of which not only complex noise characteristics are eliminated from it, but also echo and other artifacts are suppressed.

Multipoint technology allows you to simultaneously connect the headset to two smartphones. It automatically switches to the machine receiving the call. They are defined as “phone 1” and “phone 2”. The headset reports talk time and connection status with a single press of the multifunction button hidden under the front panel. Holding it for two seconds causes voice assistant(Google Now or Siri). This button can also be used to accept/reject a call or redial a number.

The volume buttons are located at the end, but are located in an unexpected way: the top one turns down the volume. If you hold them both down, you will be prompted to select a language. There is a Russian among those supported. Just wait for the greeting phrase in Russian and press any button to select it (and then again to confirm).

According to subjective impressions, the conversation through Plantronics Explorer 500 always turned out clearer than when using a smartphone directly under the same conditions. It was better to hear both me and the interlocutor.

Jabra Boost

The Danish company GN Netcom produces its headsets under the Jabra brand. It absorbed California-based Jabra Corporaion in 2000, retaining the original brand. Jabra Boost comes with a wide range of customization options. It contains two removable earhooks of different sizes and additional eargels of two types - with and without a hook. They are really very soft and you don’t feel them at all when wearing them, but they fit like a glove. The car charger contains two USB port. Therefore, simultaneously with charging the headset, you can use a navigator or other gadget in it, powering it from the same cigarette lighter socket.

However, the headset itself does not have to be recharged often. During testing, it worked quietly all day and later gave up on the Plantronics Explorer 500, which was already pleased with its long battery life. Discharging Jabra Boost in standby mode is hardly possible at all, if the owner even occasionally thinks about it. Power Nap technology is said to keep the battery charged for up to a year. We haven't had that much time to test this claim yet.

The multifunction button hidden under the front panel performs the usual functions. It is used to accept/reject calls, call Siri or Google Now, and also report the current status of the headset. Unfortunately, all notifications occur only on English language. The headset does not support Multipoint technology, so there is no need to specify which smartphone it is paired with.

Jabra Boost also uses advanced filtering algorithms for the digitized signal. The sound quality is good, although I liked Plantronics' noise-canceling feature a little better.

For headsets, there are two applications that can be downloaded from the official store: FindMyHeadset - a program for finding a lost headset and Jabra Assist - a heavy application that displays the charge of the headset and can also send a sound signal to it for searching.

Comparison in the laboratory and in practice
We received copies of the FCC lab test report for both headsets. It is equipped accordingly.

The Jabra Boost headset has been tested to produce a maximum output power of just 7.39 mW. The Plantronics Explorer 500 headset has a higher maximum power of 8.77 mW. Theoretically, lower power increases battery life, but (other things being equal) reduces the quality and effective communication distance.

During our tests, we called hotline 8-800-xxx-xxxx, trying to determine the distance at which reliable communication is maintained. In line of sight conditions high quality sound observed up to 12 meters. Then words began to disappear and at about 17 meters the connection was completely lost. It was not possible to detect a significant difference between the range of Jabra Boost and Plantronics Explorer 500. If it exists, it is very insignificant.

Indoors, the connection was always flawless, even when I went out into the hallway and the smartphone remained on the table around the corner. It was necessary to close two interior doors for the connection to completely disappear.

Since both headsets have transmitter power below 10 mW, there is no point in measuring them SAR level– it will certainly be below 0.01 W/kg. Compare this to typical SAR values of 0.6 – 1.2 W/kg modern smartphones. From the point of view of EMR exposure, the turned on headset can be worn in the ear all day long.

Plantronics Explorer 500 uses a 93 mAh (344 mWh) lithium polymer battery. Jabra Boost – Li-Pol 85 mAh (315 mWh). Despite the slightly smaller battery capacity, Jabra Boost lasts longer. The effect is lower power, the absence of Multipoint and optimization of power consumption in standby mode.

Both headsets maximum speed data transfer was 3 Mbit/s using 8DPSK modulation. This is more than enough not only for transmitting voice “in HD quality,” as marketers like to say, but also for listening to music with a high bitrate.

We tried listening to the same tracks in different headsets. In both cases, the sound quality was high (for monaural mode). The Plantronics Explorer 500 sounded slightly clearer for instrumentals, while the Jabra Boost reproduced low frequencies more confidently. It was almost impossible to detect the difference in voice transmission. With the earbuds removed, in a blind test I couldn't determine which headset I was hearing through.

To protect the signal from interference and radio interception, Bluetooth headsets use frequency hopping - pseudo-random tuning of the operating frequency, that is, permanent shift Bluetooth channel. According to current standards, it is required to use at least 75 channels, and they must change at least every 400 ms. Both headsets use 79 channels in the frequency range 2402 – 2480 MHz. Their change occurs every 378 ms or faster for Jabra Boost, and in less than 308 ms for Plantronics Explorer 500.

The headsets themselves are produced identically for all regions. The only difference in the delivery kits is charging device: depending on the country, they are designed for 110 V, 220 V or a 12 V vehicle on-board network. However, the manufacturer may change the characteristics (in particular, battery capacity and accessories) without notice.

Beats Studio Wireless

So, in 10th place on our “hit parade” is a headset from Beats, called Studio Wireless. The headphones turned out to be good: operating time on a single charge is 20 hours, range is 10 m, headphone input, status bar and noise reduction mode. In addition, the device received “Answer/End Call” and “Wait/Hold Call” buttons. The weight of the gadget is 260 grams. Everything would be fine, but here's the price. Well, as you wanted, the popular company led by Apple cannot offer lower prices.
Average price: 15,000 rubles
Pros: Sound quality, call answer button, 20 hours of operation.
Minuses: The noise reduction mode does not work well, the price does not correspond to the characteristics.

Qumo Turbine

In 9th place is the Qumo Turbine headset. I liked the stated operating time - 45 hours. This creation is separated from the gadget described above by many kilometers. Firstly, there is no noise reduction mode, which works when it wants. These headphones are 60 grams lighter, i.e. only 200 grams. But the most important thing is the sound quality is excellent! Turbine also has a call control button (Answer/End). The price of the device also did not disappoint. Despite the fact that the case is made of plastic, it is made of very high quality and holds tightly.
Average price: 2500 rubles
Pros: price-quality, excellent sound, operating time is off the charts, high-quality assembly
Minuses: Some may be confused by the plastic and lack of noise reduction mode.

Nokia HS-26W

All of the above headsets are best for listening to music. This option is made specifically for making phone calls. Nokia model The HS-26W is very compact, fits on one ear and has only one in-ear earphone. Only the operating time in active mode is only 5 hours, which is very little. There is no such feature as noise reduction mode. That's why he is ranked 8th in our top. The only nice thing is the price. According to some reports, the device will soon cease to be sold, so if you are interested, buy it quickly!
Average price: 700 rubles
Pros: price, compactness.
Minuses: operating time, lack of noise reduction mode, poor quality of the earpiece for attaching to the ear.

Samsung HM1700

7th place. An elegant mono headset for your gadget from Samsung. Weighs only 10 grams, dimensions 10x48x18 mm. The device fits well in the ear (when using the clip). The sound quality is excellent. The gadget can work up to 9 hours without recharging, which is pretty good (judging by the size of the device). Bluetooth 3.0 is used as a module for connecting to a smartphone (tablet, PC).
Price: 1300-1900 rubles
Pros: nice design, price, quality of voice transmission when calling.
Minuses: When you accidentally press the button, the last number in the call log is dialed (there should be two presses, not one), without a clamp on the ear, the headset feels like it’s falling.

Plantronics Discovery 640 Tahiti

I put the Plantronics Discovery 640 Tahiti headset in 6th place on the hit parade. The price didn’t let us down, and neither did the operating time (15 hours). But the Bluetooth used is very old, version 1.2. Not lethal, but it reduces the price. The gadget weighs 9 grams. According to user reviews, the quality of sound reception/transmission is excellent.
Price: 900-1500 rubles
Pros: price-quality, operating time.
Flaws: outdated version of Bluetooth.

Prolife BM-706

The lightweight headset Prolife BM-706 was in 5th place in our top. Weighing only 8 grams, it fits comfortably on the ear, fits perfectly, and does not fall out. The operating time in active mode is 11 hours, which is enough for a long time. As you can see in the photo above, the type of headset is mono (with one earphone). The design is practical. Judging by user reviews, the headset transmits sound to the interlocutor disgustingly, the microphone is weak. This outweighs all the advantages. Price: 800-1500 rubles
Pros: design, price, weight, operating time
Minuses: Doesn't work well with Bluetooth 4.0, the other person can barely hear you.

Motorola S10-HD

4th place was taken by a waterproof stereo (with two headphones) Bluetooth headset. The gadget operates via Bluetooth 2.0. Talk time is 9 hours, a standard figure for such devices. The device does not weigh very much - 43 grams. The signal range is 10 meters. Thanks to the waterproof case, the headset is suitable for working out in the gym, in the pool, or on a morning jog. According to users, the device blocks out external noise very well (this effect is created thanks to the “plug” type of headphones). But due to the short rim around the neck, the device becomes not very comfortable to wear all the time - you have to take it off from time to time to give your neck a rest.
Price: 3000-5000 rubles
Pros: good sound delivery, noise insulation, moisture insulation, operating time.
Minuses: discomfort when worn around the neck.

Trust Wireless Bluetooth Headset

The Trust Wireless Blaetooth Headset received the bronze crown. Among the features of the device, I would like to note, perhaps, the built-in display. Otherwise, the device is similar to its counterparts. Talk time is approximately 8 hours, which is quite a standard figure. Transmit sound to high level, there are few user comments in this regard. The gadget weighs only 141 grams, although the headset is an “over-ear” type. This effect was achieved by making the rim around the head very thin. The case is made of high quality, there is no play anywhere. The price is decent, I would even say small. Price: 700-1600 rubles
Pros: price, build quality, sound, weight, comfort of wearing, good sound transmission.
Minuses: didn't find it.

Promate bluPen.2

The silver position was occupied by a stylus with a headset function. Yes, you heard right, it’s the stylus. This stylus (as a headset) has 10 hours of talk time using Bluetooth 2.1. Among the features there is also a vibration alert function. Two microphones provide excellent quality sound transmission to the interlocutor, keeping noise at bay. The price, however, leaves much to be desired.
Price: 5000 rubles
Pros: stylus and headset in one body, operating time, noise reduction, two microphones.
Minuses: didn't find it.

Harper HB-300

Leader of our top best bluetooth headset - Harper HB-300! The model with two in-ear headphones not only works for 10 hours, supports Bluetooth 4.0, but also has a rather nice design and a comfortable neck mount. The device provides the highest quality communication of all the ones I have presented here, the transmission of sound to the interlocutor is also excellent. The gadget does an excellent job of blocking out external noise, giving you the opportunity to enjoy your favorite movies and songs in the subway and in any other noisy places.
Price: 2900 rubles
Pros: design, ease of use, noise delay, good sound transmission, operating time, Bluetooth 4.0, price.
Minuses: didn't find it.

Thanks to everyone who made it to the last paragraph! I hope this article helped you in choosing the right wireless headset. Finally, I will give you one piece of advice: when purchasing such a headset, be sure to check its functionality with your smartphone/tablet/PC, because your version of Bluetooth may not support the headset! What Bluetooth headset do you personally use? Are you happy with it and why? Write in the comments to the article. Happy shopping and good mood!

P.S. Thanks to the user sPAMer02 for the title picture!

There is a lot of information on how to choose a Bluetooth headset for your phone. Let's try to generalize it. In the modern world, the need to make a huge number of calls during the day can become a huge problem, because in such a situation a person will spend most of the time with the phone in his hands, and this automatically means that all other actions will have to be performed alone, free hand, which is inconvenient to say the least. And to cope with this problem you will need a wireless Bluetooth headset. It will give you the opportunity to completely free your hands and perform any other actions while talking on the phone. This makes life much easier, especially for those people who are constantly busy with something, calling someone, and so on. All headsets of this type differ from each other in many ways, ranging from appearance and design, and ending with sound quality, materials used, distance of reliable operation, and so on. Each of these elements can be of great importance when choosing such a device, but here you need to first of all focus on the desires of the buyer himself, how he sees such a device, how suitable it is for him specifically, and so on. Among other things, headsets of this type have some auxiliary functions that complement the main one and help to use the product as efficiently and conveniently as possible. They can also matter, both their presence and absence, if you need the cheapest possible device. In addition, you need to pay attention to the manufacturer. In some cases, the quality of the headset depends on the manufacturer. Not very well-known companies usually offer products with similar characteristics at a lower price than large and popular manufacturers, but their workmanship is also often not up to par. It turns out that in order to choose correctly good headset many parameters need to be taken into account. To make the selection process as easy as possible, below are the main elements that deserve the attention of a potential user and can seriously influence the desire to purchase a particular headset model. Having studied all this information, the potential buyer will have a clear understanding of what exactly he needs, and from that moment on, purchasing a headset will be much easier.

Convenience

A telephone headset must be comfortable. This is the main thing that is required of her. A device can be as expensive, fashionable, stylish and incredibly functional as you like, but if this particular user is uncomfortable working with it, then there will be no point in using it. Most often, Bluetooth headsets are purchased in cases where a person spends a huge amount of time connected and constantly talks on the phone. As a result, the product itself will spend most of the day on the user’s ear, and if it is too heavy, presses, slides, and so on, then using such a product will be extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. As a result, it is convenience that you need to pay attention to first. It is almost impossible to do this by purchasing on the Internet, but there is a good option in which a potential buyer visits any nearest store that has the headset model he has chosen, even at a price that does not suit him, and simply tries it on. If the product is completely suitable, you can safely order it from another online store, the conditions of which will be more favorable. In the vast majority of cases, such equipment is absolutely identical and the main thing, with such a scheme, is not to confuse the models. Also, it should be taken into account that headsets for phones are usually made either with universal mounts or with adjustable options. Both versions are good in their own way, but in some cases, universal device will be even more convenient than an adjustable one, since it may not always have the desired fixation option and therefore will not be suitable for all users. In general, you need to make sure that the user can work with the selected headset model for several hours without any discomfort. If this is so, then the device can be safely classified as convenient.

Appearance

In the modern world, a Bluetooth headset can already be considered not only useful equipment, but also a high-quality accessory that will attract the attention of others, along with bracelets, rings, earrings and the like. As a result, manufacturers take this factor into account and decorate their products with the most different ways. Some types of headsets are aimed exclusively at the fairer sex. They are stylish, bright, elegant and fashionable. For men, products are usually offered that are more conservative, strict and emphasize a businesslike appearance, but they also attract attention. However, there are also those people who do not like to show everyone that they have a headset. And this is also provided for. They are offered product options that are made in the most inconspicuous style. They are small, do not have bright colors and in general, manufacturers take every step to get the most inconspicuous device, without thereby reducing the quality of the device and its ease of use. Thus, the potential owner can be recommended to choose a headset to suit his own style and tasks. If it will be used only during working hours, perhaps the best choice will be a stylish and formal option that will go perfectly with a business suit. Alternatively, if the user works in a more creative field, where bright colors and provocative outfits are the norm, then bright and eye-catching model types may be considered. It is according to this scheme that you need to approach the choice of the appearance of the device, its color, the presence or absence of LEDs and similar factors. The best impression is always made by a person whose general style is observed in absolutely everything, down to the last detail.

Manufacturer

Bluetooth headsets are produced by a variety of companies. Some of them offer devices that are universal in nature, which can be connected to absolutely any mobile device and used successfully, regardless of any features. It is very convenient, simple and comfortable, however, it is precisely such products that, as a rule, are not of particular quality, and those that are really good both in essence and in all characteristics are quite expensive. That is why many experts suggest paying more attention to headsets that are manufactured directly by the mobile device manufacturers themselves. In such a situation, an excellent connection is guaranteed, without any problems or difficulties, and in addition, it is in this case that the sound quality will be the highest possible. Unfortunately, not all manufacturers mobile phones engaged in the manufacture of wireless headsets. So, it may not be possible to choose a specialized headset for any device, and in such a situation there is nothing left to do but take the universal option and connect it. Fortunately, there can be no protection from these types of connections, because there is no need to worry about competitors. Anyway, general rule will be - the more popular and famous the manufacturer, the better quality the goods it produces. This is not always the case and many small companies offer excellent device options, but if you don’t want to delve into details, this is the only option with a fairly high probability of getting a truly high-quality product. If you have the opportunity and desire to delve into the offers of little-known companies and study a lot of reviews about them, then you can choose a good, cheap headset of good quality.

Battery capacity

Each bluetooth headset for the phone has its own built-in battery. It is this that allows the device to work without any wires, does not force the mobile device to consume energy, and so on. And the battery capacity should be one of the most basic elements that the user pays attention to when choosing the model that suits him. All other things being equal, you should always take the headset that has a larger power supply capacity. In addition, you need to determine for yourself how often the product will be used. If the connection is not maintained around the clock, then not the most expensive product will last for a couple of days, but if you plan to constantly talk and do it very often, then you need to take a headset with as capacious a battery as possible. It should be remembered that the battery life of the headset directly depends on the distance to the mobile device. The higher it is, the more energy the product will consume to maintain a high-quality level of communication. The opposite statement is also true - the closer the phone is, the longer the headset will work on a single charge. Another interesting point is the possibility of self-charging. Now there are devices that can charge themselves from the sun's rays. They work much longer than any of their other analogues, however, only if there is enough sunlight for high-quality charging and no factors interfere with it. Such models are very expensive, and although they completely pay for themselves in a short time, still, in those regions where a clear sunny day is a rarity, you should not purchase such devices. They will not be able to fully charge and the automatic charging function will be of little use.

Additional functions

Each Bluetooth headset for the phone has the main and main function - sound transmission. It allows the user to freely communicate with anyone without constantly holding the phone in his hands, which is very convenient. However, although this is the main function, it is far from the only one. Many headsets also receive a whole range of different capabilities and properties that can be useful to the user to one degree or another. Some of them expand on the basic functionality of a wireless headset, while others offer unique features that are unique to certain models. Each of them affects the overall cost of the device, which may not suit many users, but if there is a choice between two approximately equivalent devices for the same price, it is better to pay attention to the one that has more additional functions than its competitor. It should be remembered that the better the quality of the device, the more useful its functions will be. For example, a device for little money that is not particularly high quality may have a huge range of functions, but in fact, most of them will either not work, or will work so poorly that it would be better if they were absent altogether. And as an option, for the same money, a simple but high-quality headset that can only perform its basic function. Yes she doesn't have various features, but it is capable of working stably and efficiently throughout its entire lifespan and the user will never have problems with it. In such a situation, it is better, of course, to choose a quality product, since convenience and comfort of use in such equipment comes first. However, each user can decide for himself whether he is willing to pay for any unique features or not.

Headset

When the question arises of how to choose a Bluetooth headset for your phone, a function such as headset allows you to simultaneously solve a lot of problems. The essence of its work is that the user can display on the headset not only the sounds of the call and the conversation itself with another subscriber, but also music, alert sounds, an audiobook, and so on. This makes the user's life much easier and makes the headset more functional and useful. In fact, the device becomes full-fledged headphones, replacing any other analogues. It should be remembered that with this type of work, if you constantly listen to, for example, music, the battery charge level will drain very quickly. But, the need to carry headphones separately, switch them, and so on automatically disappears. The wireless headset will be able to do everything, and the user will only need to configure everything that they consider necessary to reproduce once, and then all that remains is to enjoy the resulting effect. You need to understand that even when using the highest quality and most expensive headset, it is simply not possible to achieve the same sound effect as with high-quality headphones. At least due to the fact that the headset only covers one ear, and not completely, like full-size headphones. Thus, for those for whom sound quality comes first, this function unlikely to be useful, they will still use headphones. But if you need to turn on the music for your own pleasure so that it plays background and not too distracting - then this function will be very useful and convenient. And the last thing about the possibility - most often the user is given the opportunity to simply indicate whether the headset will play absolutely all sounds, or will work only during a conversation. It's rare that there are more subtle and detailed settings.

A2DP

This function is a special, extended version of the audio transmission function. A Bluetooth headset with such a system of operation will produce sound much more best quality than with the usual way. The essence of the problem is that the bluetooth channel does not allow transmitting sound in high quality. The limitations here are very serious and strong compression is required, which automatically implies a loss of quality. To solve this problem, a function was developed that uses modern types processing data and compressing the sound to the required size and format, does not reduce the quality as much as with classical processing. It should be remembered that even this approach does not allow you to produce sound High Quality, since there are certain restrictions on data transmission in this way, which can be circumvented by this moment does not seem possible. At least so that the device maintains adequate cost and size. As a result, A2DP helps improve the sound quality as much as possible at the moment. In order for the system to work efficiently, excellent synchronization between the mobile device and the headset itself is required. Moreover, not all mobile devices support this function. For example, most smartphones can handle it without any problems, but among ordinary phones, even if they have the ability to work with a headset via a Bluetooth connection, the ability to support this function is very rare. The last important point is the distance to the headset. It is rare when a mobile device and a wireless headset can interact normally over a more or less long distance. Typically, it is required that the devices be located at a distance of no more than a couple of meters from each other and at exactly this distance this system will work as efficiently as possible.

Multipoint

But this function will be very convenient for those users who have several phones with Bluetooth connectivity. IN normal situation, each device will require its own wireless Bluetooth headset for the phone, which is extremely inconvenient. You can, quite simply, get confused. But if you purchase a headset with this function, you will be able to connect it to several devices at once. And she will work with each of them, albeit alternately. For example, there are two mobile devices. Both of them are connected to one headset with this function. If one device calls, then it becomes possible to use the headset with it. Signals from the second device are blocked by the headset during a conversation, although the phone itself can still ring and talk on it. When the call is completed, the headset connects again to both devices and, if at that moment there is a call from the second phone, the headset will connect to it and block signals from the first phone. In some cases the user is notified short signals that there is, roughly speaking, a “second line”, but usually, in order to save energy and in order not to reduce the sound quality, all signals from the second device are blocked. This function will be very convenient for business people who absolutely do not have enough of just one phone, even if it has two SIM cards. It should be noted that the connection can be made not only between phones, but also, for example, a tablet, laptop or other similar devices. And the last point - connecting to each device forces you to consume more energy, so it is better to take a device with a capacious battery that can provide long-term operation without additional charging.

Radius of action

All bluetooth headphones Not very oriented to work for a phone a short distance from the device itself. Ideally, the phone should be in a pocket or bag, and the headset should be on the user. Only with such a scheme can a high-quality connection, normal sound, and so on be ensured. However, many people require a device that can operate over a much greater distance than the standard version. Manufacturers, understanding this feature, often indicate on the packaging of their products a variety of distances at which the headset can supposedly operate. If we talk about large and popular manufacturers who value their reputation, then in such a situation the indicated figures will most likely be true or will be very close to it. But when a product from unknown companies, especially those located in China, is considered, then anything can happen. The numbers there are usually taken “out of thin air” or, at best, are displayed in ideal laboratory conditions, which are simply unattainable in everyday life, where there are a variety of interference options that seriously affect the operating range of the device. It is recommended that before purchasing a headset, you first check at what distance the product actually works and only then buy it. Among other things, you need to take into account that the power consumption of the headset increases as you move away from the phone. The farther it is, the faster the battery will run out. That is, there is no point in taking a device that has a long operating range, but a weak power source. It will spend most of its time charging, which is unacceptable for the vast majority of users. It should be noted that this often occurs among cheap models, for which the actual distance will be significantly less than that indicated on the packaging.

Call quality

When the question arises about how to choose a headset for your phone correctly and efficiently, many people pay attention to various systems noise suppression and sound adjustment. In general, now the vast majority of more or less high-quality headsets are automatically equipped with such functions. Previously, the sound in the headset was standard all the time. The equipment was in no way tied to the surrounding reality and as a result, in a quiet room the sound was deafening, and in the presence of strong noise in the area, it was problematic to make out anything. Now, most wireless headsets have at least a noise canceling feature. It clears the sound from the interlocutor and at the same time, muffles background noise around the user of the device, thereby making the conversation better and more understandable. There is another useful feature- sound adjustment. The headset automatically detects how noisy it is around and adjusts its own volume. In a quiet place, it will sound quietly, so as not to deafen, but also so that the user can hear everything he needs. But if the noise in the area is too strong, then the speaker volume will be set to maximum level, because otherwise the user simply won’t hear anything. Recently, headsets have begun to be equipped with another interesting function, which seriously improves the quality of communication and sound. They are now able to independently determine the amount of interference on the communication channel they are using and, if necessary, if their level is too high, independently switch to another channel. In conditions modern world, in which there is a lot of such interference and the standard channels used are too clogged, such a system greatly makes life easier for the user and makes the overall experience more comfortable and of higher quality.

Conclusion

In general, all of the listed features that various Bluetooth headsets have should be taken into account when choosing them. It makes the most sense to first decide where, when and how the device will be used, what exactly is required of it, what will be possible problems and so on. This will already provide basic data for a better, faster and more efficient selection of the right product. For example, if you plan to use the device to listen to music, then it would be better not to use a headset, in the classical sense of the word, but to use Bluetooth headphones for your phone. Their general principle is approximately the same, but such equipment is most often intended specifically for listening to music, and not for conversations. Among other things, not everyone agrees to spend a lot of money on high-quality headsets. You need to determine the most suitable price category for yourself and, within its framework, select exactly those devices that will meet at least the basic requirements. If they have other ones in stock additional functions, then this will be a nice addition. You should not chase those headset models that do not have exactly what you need (the look is not the same, the sound quality is not suitable, and so on), but at the same time they will have more functions than their analogues. Such products have, for the most part, a utilitarian and practical purpose, and the main thing here is user convenience, and not a set of functions that may not be used. Only after deciding on the main parameters and having already selected several of the most suitable models, you can look at other features that are not important for the user, but which, in theory, may be useful in the future. And then, only if the cost of the goods is approximately the same.
