You can cancel your AdWords account at any time. In this case, the display of all your ads will stop within a day.

Even if you close your AdWords account, you will still be able to sign in and view the information it contains. If you want to work with AdWords again, you can restore this account at any time.

Before closing an account

Please note that closing your AdWords account has the same results as pausing ad campaigns. However, there are the following differences:

  • When you close your account, the remaining funds on it are returned to your account. Unredeemed promo codes are non-refundable.
  • If you want to reuse an account that you have closed, you will first need to reactivate it .

If you don't have any unspent funds in your account, we recommend pausing your campaigns instead of closing your account.

Prerequisites for closing an account

To be able to close an account, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have access to an account with administrator rights.
  • Your account must have billing information set up.

If you have a manager account and want to close one of your managed accounts:

  • You must have access to a manager account with administrator rights.
  • The managed account you want to close must be created by you.
  • This managed account must not have other users with administrative rights.

  • If you don't see the "Delete my account" link, you probably don't have that option. Review the above requirements in the "Account Closure Prerequisites" section.
  • If the admin user no longer works for your company, please contact AdWords support. You will need the following data: customer ID, email address used to sign in to your account, and billing information.

If an IVAO user was not active on the network within 3 months after the last connection, or immediately after registration did not go online for a month as a pilot or as a dispatcher, then such an account is classified as inactive and marked with the status “Inactive User” profile (example). This means that the user cannot connect to the network until the account is activated. The transfer of an account to an inactive status occurs automatically, while all data about the user is saved.

If you remember your VID#, it's very easy to activate your account. To do this, go to your account profile page https://www.ivao.aero/members/person/details.asp?ID=XXXXXX(replace XXXXX with your VID#).

If you forgot your password, go to the password recovery page http://www.ivao.aero/members/person/password.htm , enter your VID#. The password will be sent to the e-mail address specified in your profile during registration.

If you don't remember your VID#, send an email to e-mail with your first name, last name and e-mail address specified during registration for the RU Membership Department ( [email protected] or [email protected]). Your VID# will be sent as soon as possible.

If you have access to mail in your old account, then to recover your password, go to this page http://www.ivao.aero/members/person/password.htm , enter the VID # of your old account and the password will be sent automatically to the E-mail address specified in your old profile.

In case, for some reason, you do not have access to the mail, in order to receive a password reminder, send an email to the RU Membership Department ( [email protected] or [email protected]) asking you to change the e-mail address in your old account. In the subject line write: E-mail change VID 123456(where 123456 is your VID#). In the text of the letter, indicate the reason for the change of address, and necessarily old and new addresses.

Based on clause 4.1.3a, each IVAO user may only have ONE registered account. Therefore, after performing the password recovery procedure or changing the e-mail address for the old account, necessarily make a request to the RU Membership Department ( [email protected] or [email protected]) to delete a newly registered account. This will avoid litigation and deletion of your accounts.

Yes it is possible. Send an email to RU Membership Department ( [email protected] or [email protected]) from the e-mail address specified in your IVAO profile. In the text of the letter, indicate from which VID# to which you want to transfer the online watch. The account from which the watch is transferred will be deleted.

In the event that you have not received an IVAO World Tour award, please contact [email protected] or [email protected] to clarify the issue. In the event that you did not receive an award for a divisional tour or event, please contact [email protected] or [email protected] , where xx is the two-letter code of the division in which you went through the tour or participated in the event. You cannot change on your own. If you need to change the E-mail address in your account, send a request to the RU Membership Department ( [email protected] or [email protected] ). Specify in the subject: E-mail change and your VID#. In the text of the letter, indicate the reason for the change of address, as well as your old and new addresses.

Changing your online hours is an automatic process that takes place on the IVAO servers. If you find that the number of online hours does not change, take a few checks. Make sure you are actually online as a pilot or controller. To check this, go to the pageIVAO Trackerand check your online activity. If the activity is confirmed, then the IVAO server(s) may not be working, they may be Maintenance or recovery. Please wait 12 to 24 hours and then check your profile again.

It is also possible that the pilot (this is for pilots only) was connected to the network, but remained stationary for a long time (for example, standing in a parking lot or pressing pause in the simulator). In this case, the system regards such actions as “sandbagging” (“winding up the online clock”), and does not increase the time of your online clock.

Based on clause 4.1.6 of the IVAO Rules, a user may request a change of division at any time, however, all transfers are subject to the approval of division management and the IVAO User Relations Department.

Keep in mind that a transfer is possible provided that you are not in the current division waiting to pass a practical exam. Please complete the exam or request cancellation from the Training Department.
