Yes, very rarely, but it happens that a pair of shoes arrives with a minor defect, you need to be prepared for this, because... after all, this happens in all stores, so it’s better to take photos to make sure the items you buy are of the proper quality.
Of course, claim that at 6pm Always the most low prices not worth it either, sometimes you can find more cheap option on the same Amazon.com, but, be that as it may, they sell some things at the most amazing prices.

And, what’s most interesting, the products that are displayed on the main page under the slogan “today’s offers” will not always have the lowest price that you can find during the entire time you have been observing the products.
Therefore, remember, products presented as “offer of the day” will not always have the lowest price; sometimes it’s worth keeping an eye on a pair of shoes you like for a week/month, waiting for the lowest price.
Separately, it is worth noting that 6pm.com does a great job of creating the impression that they have the lowest prices. This is also often not the case, so when you see the pair you want, don’t be too lazy to go to Amazon.com and check if they have a cheaper pair?
As for navigation, everything is simple: at the top there is a line for search query, below is an alphabetical index by brand. In the left column there is a rubricator in which you can select only women's clothing or only accessories.
In the central part, as I already said, there are links to products that are on sale for the current day. In general, the navigation is quite simple and understandable, so we won’t focus on it, but let’s move on to the registration process!
Registration
You've probably already looked at the store's huge assortment and want to buy everything as quickly as possible. If you have previously registered in similar stores, then the registration process will not cause you any problems, and for those who have not yet been trained in self-registration, I will describe this process step by step.
In order to proceed to registration, you need to click on the LogIn/Register link in the right top corner screen
After which you will be redirected to a page where you will need to confirm your desire to register by clicking on the button "Register"
This will open a field for entering credentials, where you will be required to enter your e-mail and password.
After filling out all the fields, put a tick in the free field to receive it on your mailing address daily reminder about upcoming sales. After you have entered all the credentials, click the button "Register Now". That's it, the creation process account 6pm is over. You will receive an information letter by email stating that you have successfully registered, and in the upper right corner information will be displayed that you have successfully logged into your account:
As you can see, your name is already displayed. Which means you have successfully logged into your account, and now all that is required of you to successfully complete a purchase is to enter your delivery address and add a payment method.
And for this we need to go to the editing page personal information by simply clicking on the link "My account".
We'll be taken to a page to manage our credentials, and the first thing we'll do is add a shipping address for our future purchases.
A few words about the shipping address: 6pm.com does not ship its products anywhere outside the US, so you will either have to use shopfans or any other intermediary
Fill in the address in accordance with the intermediary address and check the box if you want this delivery address to become the main one.
The subtle point here is phone number, you probably don't have a US phone number, otherwise you wouldn't need to read these instructions =). So, if you don’t have a phone number, but the store really wants to see it, then there are two ways:
- create a phone number in the USA (for example, using the spokn.com service for $1 per month)
- enter complete garbage into this field
In this example I entered someone's cell number. By and large, you will never need it, only in the most extreme cases the 6pm staff will try to call this number.
After all address fields are filled in, click on the button "Save For Future Orders" and move on.
Immediately after adding the delivery address, we will be redirected to a page where the added address will be shown:
To continue and add the card with which we will pay for purchases, you will need to go back to your account by clicking on the link "Return To Your Account Overview"
And now we move on to adding a payment method by clicking on the link "Add a Payment Type"
And here we are faced with another subtle point that many beginners fall into. As a rule, many stores that do not ship anywhere other than the United States allow you to enter the billing address of an intermediary and successfully complete the payment. 6pm stands out from this orderly row in that it requires you to enter your billing address using a special form. In the screenshot below I will show you what the address should look like, it is specific in that you need to enter AA in the State field, and 99999 in the Zip field
Otherwise, everything is as usual, add the card number, your first and last name, as on the card, and finally - the expiration date of the card.
If you do not follow these rules, then most likely your payment will be processed manually; you will be required to scan documents confirming the delivery address, etc. So stick to this international form of notation.
After filling in the information about bank card, click on the button "Save For Future Orders" . That's it, you are completely ready to make your first purchase. This is exactly what we will do on the third page of the instructions.
Making a purchase
We have completely completed the registration process, added a payment card and entered the delivery address, so now we proceed directly to paying for the selected goods.
Let's say you come across a product you like and open a page with its description. Let's see what this information page consists of:
It seems that the entire interface is quite simple and clear, important elements are labeled in the picture, if you suddenly have questions, ask in the comments.
In order to add an item to the cart, just click on the cart icon, after which we will be redirected to a page displaying the items in the cart:
At this point, you can return to adding another item to your cart or proceed to the checkout process. To go to the next stage - placing an order - you must click on the button "Proceed to Checkout" . After which we are greeted with an order confirmation page:
Here we check the selected delivery address, and then proceed to selecting a delivery method from the listed options. Standard Shipping means sending a parcel using postal service UPS. Delivery in this case to the shopfans warehouse is on average 5-6 days. If you choose the USPS Shipping method, you can receive your order in 3-4 days.
The shipping cost of $6.95 is fixed and does not depend at all on how many items you are sending.
Just below you will be asked to re-enter your bank card details. This is a one-time procedure that occurs only upon the first payment; for subsequent orders you will not have to enter anything again.
After filling out the payment information again, all that remains is to check the contents of the basket and click on the "Submit My Order" button
On next page Either the payment will be successfully confirmed or, conversely, the transaction will be rejected. Upon successful purchase, a confirmation letter will be sent to your email address, which will contain all the details of the order.
History of orders
Once you have placed an order, you can immediately view it in your order history. Order history is located on your main account page, which can be accessed by clicking on the link "My Account" in the upper right corner.
Order history contains the last 3 orders, the rest will be displayed when you click on the link "View All"
If you have just made an order, do not be alarmed if the status is Received and the amount is $0.00 - this is how it should be. The real amount will appear only after the goods have been shipped.
To view a previously placed order in detail, click on its number
A window will open with a description of the order, where all items in the order will be displayed, as well as a tracking number next to each item. This was done so that if the order is split into several parcels, you will know which items are in which parcel.
It also includes the delivery address, payment method and total amount. In general, everything you need in order to receive all the details of your order.
If it suddenly happens that you have to return some item back to the store, you will have to resort to the return procedure. Read about how to make a return on the last page of the instructions.
Return of goods at 6pm
I strongly advise you to take photos of the goods upon receipt. Sometimes 6pm will put in the wrong pair, the wrong size pair, or something like that. This only happened to me once, but still, be careful. Remember that returning an order while it is still in the USA is as easy as shelling pears, and if you already have the goods in the Russian Federation, then you are unlikely to bother returning them.
Let's say you received a package and discovered that the most important item arrived in the wrong color and you want to return it back at 6pm. To do this, you need to do the following (and you only have 30 days from the date of payment order):
1) Open your order history on 6pm.com and select the desired order
2) Check the box next to the items you want to return. Let's say in my example I return converse sneakers, for this I check the box next to them and press the button "Return Checked Items"
3) Load new page, which will contain all the necessary information about the returned product. At the top of the page the items being returned and the amount that will be refunded will be displayed.
The money will be returned to the card if you paid by card. The last digits of the card number are shown under the block with things.
Even lower is a block with a survey in which you will be asked the reason for the return. You can put, like me, Did not fit, and leave the rest of the fields empty
Then press the button "Continue Return Process" and move on to the next step.
4) The last page again displays the details of the returned item and informs that a special letter has been sent to the mailing address used when registering for 6pm.

Now about what to do with all this goodness:
Let's assume that your parcel is in a warehouse. There was one pair in the box that needs to be returned, the rest of the items need to be left. To do this, you follow all the steps described above and proceed to manipulate the letter that you received from 6pm in your mailbox. This letter must be saved in one of the supported formats (pdf, doc, jpg). You can simply take screenshots of the letter in JPG form, they will be useful to us, because... we will send them to the intermediary.
