How to connect to the AST GOZ trading platform
The process of connecting to a closed site is a complex and lengthy process, so get ready for a long registration procedure.
AST GOZ is a closed electronic auction (), to participate in it you need to submit an application, or rather several applications.
Bidding on the site for state defense procurement is available to legal entities (2 sites for auctions) and individual entrepreneurs (1 site for auctions). A prerequisite for work is the presence electronic signature(EDS), two EDS may be required. The first digital signature is the old one that we used at regular auctions, you will purchase another separately for this site.
The cost of registration for ASGOZ is not charged, but you must have the cryptoprograms CryptoPro and VipNet, if with the first you do not have any questions about the purchase (if you played at the auction, then CryptoPro is already a network), but VIP no you will have to buy about 10,000 rubles.

Disable using Local Group Policy Editor
The next way to disable driver digital signature verification is to use the local group editor Windows policies 8 and 8.1. To launch it, press the Win + R keys on your keyboard and enter the command gpedit.msc

Another option is more universal, but more troublesome (But it is also suitable for home versions)
First, we need to run the command line as Administrator (to do this, you can find it in the Start menu, click right click mouse and select “Run as Administrator”.
IN command line enter the command bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks ON and press Enter (to enable it again, use the same command, writing OFF instead of ON).
Or in the command line under the Administrator, enter the commands one by one

The penultimate step in registering for ASTHOS
Launch the ViPNet Monitor program.
In the "Name" field, select the user of the secure network.
In the Password field, enter your password (the password is on the Key Set CD) and click OK. The connection to the secure network will be established.
Please note that when connecting to trading (Monitor Icon), we are connecting via a VPN channel, and there will be no Internet on the computer, only electronic platforms will work. How to register
The first step is registration in a single information system. It takes place electronically. The procedure is contained in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 30, 2018 No. 1752. A legal entity will require the following information and documents:
- Name;
- reason code for registration with the Federal Tax Service;
- registration number of a legal entity;
- address;
- activity code;
- belonging to the SMP or SONCO;
- Full name of the manager and his passport details;
- Website address;
- contacts;
- copies of constituent documents;
- decision on consent to major transactions;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
For IP you will need:
- residence address;
- E-mail address;
- contacts;
- passport details;
- OGRNIP;
- date of registration as an individual entrepreneur;
- belonging to the SMP indicating the category;
- copy of the passport;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.

You cannot work for AST GOZ without accreditation. Please note: if a participant will participate in procurement with state secrets, he must have a license. Connection cost
Registration on the AST GOZ trading platform is free for both customers and suppliers. However, access to procurement is not possible without purchasing software ViPNet, you will have to pay about 10 thousand rubles for it.

To conduct a procurement with state secrets, enter the information into the plan and schedule and obtain approval from the FAS. Choose a supplier in closed ways. Maintain secrecy at all stages and do not publish information in the Unified Information System. How to work
Customers send invitations to participants to a closed procedure. How does this happen? The customer requests from the ETP operator information from the register that meets the criteria. The request must indicate the requirements for participants, including the availability of necessary permissions. AST GOZ responds to requests within an hour and provides data. Next, the customer generates a list of potential participants in the procedure, transfers them to the site operator, who, in turn, sends them invitations.
If special permits and admissions are not required to participate in the procurement, a list of potential participants is not compiled. The customer simply sends invitations to the AST GOZ operator and asks them to send closed electronic procedures to accredited participants.
If necessary, a notice is placed in the EIS. This must be done 1 business day before the date of sending the invitation to the operator of a specialized electronic platform.
Invitations will not be sent to participants who:
- no accreditation;
- there is no entry in the register of participants in closed procedures;
- 3 months or less left until the end of accreditation;
- there is no license with the required degree of secrecy.
Documentation about the procedure is attached to the invitations. If a notice is posted, any participant who has read it has the right to request documentation from the AST GOZ operator. The request is processed within an hour. Only those participants who have received documentation can apply for the procedure. The application is submitted to the ETP operator, it is processed within an hour and a notification is sent to the participant. An application may not be accepted if:
- safety requirements are violated;
- 2 or more applications were submitted by one participant;
- the deadline for submitting applications has been missed;
- there are less than 3 months left until the end of the participant’s accreditation;
- the participant is on the register of unscrupulous suppliers.

Step 3. Processing the request by the operator

The site operator creates a set of ViPNet software and key sets for working in a secure network.
Step 5. Install ViPNet Client software
- Run the installation file Client_RUS_xxxx.exe.
- Review the terms of the license agreement and click Continue.
- In the Installation Method window, click the Configure button.
- In the “Component Selection” tab, disable the installation of the “ViPNet Business Mail” module.
- In the “User Information” tab, fill in the “User” and “Organization” fields. Click the "Install Now" button.

Step 6. Installing key distributions
- In the window that opens, select “Install keys”.

Step 7: Grant access to a secure network
To connect via a secure communication channel to the information resources of the electronic platform for state defense procurement, the user must send copies of the following documents to the operator of the electronic platform:

What is AST GOZ?
