Everything interesting

Twitter is a popular microblogging service all over the world. It is used both for online communication and for making money and promoting another blog or website. Users who use Twitter to achieve different goals usually have two accounts...

In order to find out who is not subscribed or unsubscribed from you to Twitter there are several ways:

1. Directly in the very Twitter you can find out who is not subscribed on you, only by checking a specific person to see if it is possible to send him a personal message. This function is available only for subscribers, therefore, if you do not have the opportunity to send a personal message to a specific person, he is on you not signed.

You can also go to a person’s page and see if there is such a sign near his estate: READING YOU, if not, then the person not signed at you.

2. There are special services to quickly find out who is not subscribed on you (agree, method 1 is quite labor-intensive, unless, of course, you need to check just a couple of people. If your goal is hundreds or thousands, then this method, naturally, is not suitable). To solve this problem, there are services that will help you find out who is not subscribed at you, who is from you and when unsubscribed, that is unfollowed. Here they are:

twunfollow

http://twunfollow.com/

Here you can receive messages to your mail as soon as someone from you unsubscribed, or in total for the whole day. This is very convenient, especially if you are working out mutual following and you come across unscrupulous advertisers who, having received reciprocity on their following, they immediately unfollow you in order to gain imaginary popularity (the number of his followers turns out to be greater than those whom he follows).

Friend or Follow

http://friendorfollow.com/

Here you can see everyonewho is not subscribedon you, just enter your name intwitter. You will see avatars of all the people who have not followed you, and when you hover over them you will be able to read information about each individual. There are also “verified” marks here.tweeters", i.e. those that are rarefollow back, for example, celebrities, etc., by subscribing to which you are unlikely to hope formutual following, really? Here you canunfollowcareless advertisers.

Just Unfollow

http://www.justunfollow.com/

Log in to the site using your twitter account and use search unfollowers. And immediately we get a list non-reciprocal followers and we can immediately from them unsubscribe. But there are restrictions for free users.

Goodbye, Buddy!

http://www.goodbyebuddy.com/

The service sends you private messages to twitter account when someone is from you unsubscribed. They are said to be quite funny, for example: “I just saw @username you unfollowed- ask him what is the reason? Unless, of course, you want to get dirty." Plus, on the site you can see the history of how you unsubscribed. There are paid accounts, they have many more functions.

TweetEffect

http://tweeteffect.com/

This service is also useful, but it is not intended for calculating those who unfollowed you, but in order to understand under what messages ( tweets) you are losing your popularity. Enter your nickname and get a list of the last two hundred tweets with a note about whether you have increased followers or vice versa. According to statistics, the majority followers gets lost when answering strangers tweets, it turns out that people are getting bored of following other people's conversations.

Removing non-reciprocal followers on Twitter.

5 options for solving the problem.

Which method is the safest?

Having trouble adding new followers on Twitter? I have already dealt with this situation.

I'll tell you how to remove non-reciprocal readers (followers) on Twitter so that your account continuously develops. This can be done for free.

If you are hungry for action and theory is not very interesting to you (although there is a hint on how to quickly gain readers), then you can skip the paragraph about theory.

A little theory.

My experience of communicating on Twitter dates back to December 2011, after I signed up for a free course on creating websites at the training school “” and, on the recommendations of business trainers Evgeniy Khodchenkov and Mikhail Gavrilov, connected to Twitter.

I really liked this high-speed communication environment. I studied the complete instructions for working with Twitter, and even wrote my own “ Brief instructions” for beginners under the motto: “Spend less than an hour and you will immediately become an ace!” So that beginners do not waste time, but read the most necessary information in a condensed form.

Instructions can be obtained by subscription.

At the time of writing, you can see that both my website and my Twitter account are quite healthy.

I managed to get my first 100 followers on Twitter very easily. But then a slowdown began: people connected, disconnected, but it was not possible to reach the planned number of 200 readers. I tried to write interesting tweets, broadcast the statements of the Great Ones, but the number of readers added was sluggish.

What was my mistake? You can't take a wait-and-see attitude. You need to be active yourself! When I started to form target audience of your website and actively offering a hand of friendship to Twitter readers, then things became noticeably more cheerful.

I wrote about how to form a target audience (TA) on Twitter in the article “”. Take my advice.

Target audience on Twitter is very important. If you recruit readers without following this principle, then it will be difficult to achieve the desired result.

I have noticed more than once that even after retweeting my message with an invitation to a new article, from a user who has as many as 15,000 readers, very few visitors come to my site (obviously, there is a different thematic focus and other interests).

At the same time, after a message sent to Twitter for the target audience, the number of visitors to the site is actively increasing. And it's noticeable.

Find and build your target audience on Twitter! It greatly helps promote the site.

But there comes a time when Twitter does not allow you to add new readers, even those who have already connected to your account and are waiting for your confirmation.

This refers to confirmation of mutual reading, which provides a certain guarantee that the reader will not disconnect and will continue to read you.

This should not be confused with reader confirmation, when your account is closed to public viewing and only those to whom you have authorized it have access (see the article “All about followers on Twitter,” the link to which is provided below).

What should I do?

How to remove non-reciprocal followers on Twitter?

Need to know, how to remove non-reciprocal readers(followers) on Twitter. They are sometimes also called unfollowers.

But manually checking and doing it is long and inconvenient. Therefore, there are already quite a few different add-on programs that help you do this without additional effort.

Most of these programs allow you to try some actions for free, and then, for a small fee, use the full service for the period of time that you paid for.

Many services reserve your right to use the service's capabilities free of charge to a limited extent. For example, you can automatically get rid of 50 - 100 or more non-reciprocal followers (readers) every day for free.

For beginner tweeters, this is quite enough.

Can't add new readers? Calling the desired program, get rid of non-reciprocal followers, and you immediately have the opportunity to add new readers on Twitter. To do this, you need authorization in the service that provides such a service.

I fearlessly logged in to such additional services, until I ran into an online virus attack on Twitter. After that, I try to use only proven programs recommended by advanced bloggers whom I trust.

Lately, people have been posting a lot about their own Twitter followings. This shouldn't happen.

Find out what viruses are found on Twitter and how to get rid of them (see the link at the bottom of this article).

Popular applications.

Here is a list of services that I was able to find that allow you to get rid of a certain number of non-reciprocal followers (readers) for free:

1 http://manageflitter.com/
2 http://justunfollow.com/
3 http://friendorfollow.com/
4 http://dossy.org/twitter/karma/

Most often, bloggers refer to the first three services.

How to remove non-reciprocal readers (followers) on Twitter using ManageFlitter.

But somehow I immediately liked the Refollow program. It was referenced by advanced users in the complete Twitter instructions, which I carefully studied.

In this program, some actions can also be performed for free, but you must pay to use the services in full.

Why did I like this particular program? It provided a good filter that made it easy to work with large volumes of readers, make the necessary selections and correctly form the target audience.

Attention! Refollow currently only works in paid mode!

Because of this, I switched to ManageFlitter and am getting rid of the unengaged and inactive on Twitter using it for free, as shown in the video above.

I used to really like Refollow. I talked about how to use it to regular readers of my site. I have now removed this video from the article because... it is not true.

Refollow allowed you to automatically create lists on Twitter. Therefore, it was necessary to study it first.

It should be noted that the maximum number of list members is 500. But Twitter allows you to create for each account 20 lists.

I usually add 200-300 Twitterers to the list because... Longer lists are inconvenient to process. They often freeze. If your Internet speed is low, then you should use even shorter lists (maximum 100).

If someone is not nice to you, or is very annoying, then you can put him on the black list and thus block him.

But the organizers of Refollow had some friction with the owners of Twitter, and they had to cut off many functions in their program. Automatic creation of lists is no longer possible there. And then they generally switched exclusively to paid services.

My method is the simplest and safest!

On this moment This is the ManageFlitter service.

If you actively use automatic services, you can earn a ban from Twitter. Therefore the advantage this method Another advantage is that it allows you to solve the problem in a semi-automatic mode.

You can get rid of only inactive readers, or you can get rid of all non-reciprocal readers, regardless of their number.

The service helps to automatically select such ones, but you need to delete them manually. Just click cancel reading. When such accounts are grouped together, it is simple and easy to do.

How to delete unnecessary lists on Twitter?

When I used Refollow, such lists were created on Twitter itself. And after canceling the reading for those who had not read me, I usually deleted the resulting list. When it is open, there is such an opportunity. You just need to click on the “Delete” button.

Now, when using ManageFlitter, all operations to remove non-reciprocal ones take place on the service itself, and at the end of the operation you just need to close it.

When Refollow resumes working in a more or less acceptable mode, I may return to it.

If you know and successfully use any other services to work with Twitter, share the information or leave a link in the comments.

Still have questions?

Please remember that there are certain restrictions.
