Where does money go from a Beeline phone account? Possible reasons why money was withdrawn on Beeline Internet Beeline money is not debited

In this article I express my negative, purely subjective opinion towards the Beeline operator and in no case do I impose it on other people! Please, if you do not agree with my opinion, do not read this article!

I'm writing something new interesting article for AskHow, when suddenly an SMS from Beeline arrives: “Your balance is less than 30 rubles.”

"And what? Nothing strange!" - you say. A regular SMS, the kind they send to everyone when your balance runs out.

And I probably wouldn’t have been surprised if I hadn’t topped up my balance exactly 4 days ago. After that, I didn’t call anyone in particular, I tried not to write SMS. Fortunately, now almost everyone is on the Internet: Odnoklassniki, VKontakte and Skype. There is no subscription fee for my “Zero Doubts” tariff. So where did my money go?

Now most of you will say: “Oh, okay, another whiner with his own far-fetched problem. I said it myself and didn’t notice! Yes, I also connected some services, a melody instead of a dial tone, or anti-caller ID. And now he’s trying to tell everyone here how bad Beeline is”...Well, I wouldn’t believe it either, and maybe I wouldn’t even read this nonsense.

But still I decided to write about it. Because my indignation knew no bounds. How so, Beeline?! It seems like a serious company, why would it do such things. That's the problem. We are often biased in trusting operators cellular communication. Well, since they took it off, there was a reason for it. And so on until it affects them themselves! I recommend that you finish reading the article and check your number, there will probably be a couple of fraudulent services that you didn’t even know about, but at the same time you regularly paid for them for more than one month!

Where does your money go?

And so, to find out where your money went from your balance sheet, you need to tell fortunes using the coffee grounds, go to

Note:

Sections of the site are constantly changing. Beeline does not stand still. Or maybe he just wants to confuse us. Therefore, if you could not find your personal account at the specified address, try to find the desired section yourself on home page website "beeline.ru"

How to register in your Beeline personal account

If you have not yet registered in your personal account, you can do this like this:

  1. Dial: *110*9#
  2. We are waiting for an SMS with your login and temporary password. The login will be your phone without the first eight (or +7)
  3. Enter data on the Beeline website
  4. After entering a temporary password, you need to come up with a permanent password
  5. Enter New Password, agree to the terms and conditions and go to your personal account

In the “Profile” section you can see a list of connected services. Here you can immediately disable the unnecessary ones, those that you do not need. To do this, click on the switch to the left of the service, select a deactivation date and click on the disable button.

Do you think that's all? Yeah, we were daydreaming... :)

Does Beeline hide the services for which it charges money?

I don’t know if this is an omission of the site developers, or Beeline’s malicious intent, but for some reason not all connected paid services may be displayed in this list. In order to understand whether there are any in your case, you need to carefully look at the “details of communication services”: whether you have been charged for any unknown services.

We go to the “Financial Information” section (at the very top of the site, in the same place as the “Profile” section). In the “Details of communication services” item, select “for the last month” and click the “Online detail” button. After this, a list of your expenses and credits to your account will appear, which will detail when and for what service the money was withdrawn from you.

In this list I found one paid service (not counting “ Mobile Internet"), which was not even displayed in the list of connected services. But money was regularly withdrawn from my account for several months, and maybe even years (unfortunately, the history can only be traced over the last six months). There was a “Write-off for the Hello service” - this is a service where a melody sounds instead of a beep.

And now the most interesting thing: I didn’t activate the service, I didn’t hear any melody instead of beeps. Moreover, I already encountered a similar case two years ago. At that time, the money that had been written off was returned to me, a little more than a thousand rubles. I received an SMS with the words something like: “Refund for services not provided.” They apologized and said it was some kind of a technical error happened. Well, okay, I thought, anything can happen, the main thing is that the money was returned. 🙂 And then the same thing happens again! I think this is no longer an accident. Beeline steals money?

Also, from the screenshot you can see that they quite often charged me for the Internet, and I don’t use the Internet from my phone at all! Later when calling help desk Beeline told me: “You probably have a smartphone and it goes online on its own, updating its applications.” Well, okay, God bless him, perhaps this is really my omission. But somehow it was a lot, in my opinion, it took about 15 rubles. in a day!

It turns out that on average my phone went online about 10 times a day, and for each such login, for some reason, a strictly fixed amount of 1.46 rubles was charged. Probably all the updates have been the same size for several months. 😉 Well, okay... let's sum it up, it turns out that on average I've been withdrawing about 20 rubles per day lately, after changing the “batch” tariff plan. Not bad! And I think, where did my money go?! 🙂

Why make it difficult to disable hidden paid services?

It will be possible to disable services that are not visible in the main list of services only by calling the support service at 0611. Those who have at least once encountered Beeline technical support are probably now trembling nervously. 😉 And not without reason! Sometimes it can be very difficult to get through this labyrinth of automatic menus to a live operator. Going to it is not so bad, then you have to wait until they answer you: listen to some 5th symphony by Schubert.

And lo and behold! They answered me: “Yes, indeed, you were charged for this service, but the service itself was not provided. This service was disabled for you back in 2010.” To which I asked (like two years ago) to turn off the services I do not need and return the money written off.

Disable through your operator only those services that you do not see in the list of connected services in your personal account and, accordingly, cannot disable them yourself, otherwise you will be charged 45 rubles. for each service disabled by a Beeline employee.

They promised me to sort this issue out within five days. We are waiting.....Today is the second day of silence, they continue to take money from me for a service not provided. I’ll be sure to add to this article later how it ended.

Check if money is missing from your relatives’ balance sheets

After all this, I decided to check the situation with my parents.

Note:

By the way, you can add other numbers to your personal account to manage services. Very comfortably.

Believe it or not... the same song. Not very necessary services were connected: “Stay informed”, “Your operator” and the encrypted name “PC_PC_MG_AST”, as it turned out this is a discount service for long distance calls. Moreover, whether you call or not, money has been regularly withdrawn since back in 2009.

Parents don’t even remember who exactly connected these services. With their knowledge of the telephone: when, in order to call someone, they dial a number from a “live” notepad, and not from the contact list on the phone, I think it could not have happened without Beeline. Meanwhile, about three rubles were withdrawn from the balance of their phones every day, on weekends and holidays. And this is a little more than 4,000 thousand rubles for each, if you calculate from that time. This is how things are...

Eh...if only the law on the abolition of mobile slavery began to work as soon as possible. You don’t want to change your number, you understand, but I wouldn’t refuse to change the operator. I think this law will benefit us: increasing competition will force operators to provide their services better, lower prices on tariffs (unless, of course, operators agree among themselves), and in general, now they will think again before brazenly robbing their customers!

(12.12.2013) To be continued...

(12/13/2013) They continue to charge money for the “Hello” service...

(12/14/2013) Money returned! As much as 356 rubles! 🙂

But now it’s not clear whether the service itself was disabled or not. In the morning I received an SMS: “The Hello service has been activated for you. Disable service 0674090770"

But I asked to disconnect, not connect! 🙂

I try to disconnect at the specified number, the answer comes: “Dear Subscriber! This service has not been activated for you." Now I will periodically log into Beeline’s personal account to check if money is being withdrawn on the sly again.

I wonder if this happens with other cellular operators? Please write if you have lost money from your balance. Was it possible to get them back?

(03/26/2014) Addition to the article:

Today it turned out that the MTS operator also practices connecting services without the knowledge of subscribers. I inserted an old SIM card today, topped up my balance and it immediately went into the red. After investigations, it turned out that I allegedly personally activated the GOOD’OK service (beep), although I 100% did not activate any services and no one except me had access to the phone. Just some miracles! Error? But somehow such “mistakes” do not happen in favor of subscribers. Has anyone ever mistakenly forgotten to write off money for a conversation?! Maybe the operator transferred money to someone’s balance by mistake?! Don't think!

In general, always keep an eye on your balance and connected services!

Have you noticed that money has been disappearing from your Beeline account lately, but the paid services connected to your number do not provide for such debits? Don’t know how to find out why Beeline withdraws money? Most likely, the reason for the mysterious write-offs for you lies in the presence of connected paid services or subscriptions that you simply do not know about. Their connection could occur when visiting a site with a bad reputation, or they were connected in addition to some other service and were provided for free at first. Therefore, to solve the problem you need to find out. Much less often, money is withdrawn for other reasons.

The main reasons for money missing on Beeline:

  • Availability of connected paid services;
  • Availability of connected subscriptions;
  • Availability of debts on other Beeline numbers owned by the subscriber;
  • The presence of hidden conditions in the tariff plan.

We did not list the reasons for deception on the part of the operator. It is unlikely that Beeline will brazenly steal money from its subscribers. The operator has a lot of other ways to make money from subscribers, and stealing money from an account is too risky for its reputation. As part of this review, we will tell you how to find out why Beeline withdraws money. The recommendations below will be relevant regardless of the reason for which funds are written off from the balance.

If you are sure that the reason for writing off funds from your balance is the fault of the operator, then to solve the problem you need to contact the Beeline office and write the appropriate statement. However, in order not to find yourself in an awkward situation, we recommend that you first try to figure it out yourself.

How to find out why Beeline withdraws money if the details did not help

Usually, the situation with mysterious debits from the balance becomes clearer after reading the details of the expenses. However, in some cases, subscribers do not understand the reason for withdrawing money from their account even after having access to a financial report of all transactions made on their number.

If detailing expenses did not help solve the expense problem, you can sort out the situation by contacting the help center or directly to the Beeline office. First, you should try to solve the problem by calling a help center specialist. . After calling the specified number, follow the instructions of the autoinformer, who will help you contact the operator. Tell the specialist about your problem and ask them to explain the reason for writing off the money.

If a call to the customer support center did not achieve the desired result, then take your passport and go to the nearest Beeline office. They will certainly help you here. If the office staff does not explain to you the reason for withdrawing money from your account, then write a statement. If you manage to prove that the debiting of funds was due to the fault of the operator, then you can count on a refund. Although, in fairness, it should be noted that proving the operator’s guilt will be very problematic.

Payment for communication at the end of the month can be an unpleasant surprise if you do not control your payments with the operator. Beeline users notice a mysterious disappearance of funds from their accounts. There may be several reasons, and it is worth understanding them.

If money has disappeared from your phone balance, it is important to understand why this is happening. Charges will most likely continue until the subscriber disables unnecessary functions or changes the tariff. Money doesn’t just disappear, the provider withdraws it for its services. You need to understand which function costs a pretty penny.

Globally it is possible to distinguish four reasons, which lead to unknown loss of funds. This:

  1. Changing Beeline's marketing strategy. The company reserves the right to change the terms of the tariff. In most cases, clients are warned about this by SMS or call. But sometimes the service package may become more expensive, and the user only finds out about this during payment or checking the balance.
  2. Activities of third party services. There are many organizations that offer additional paid services. This could be sending out horoscopes, jokes, news, and so on. Options are enabled voluntarily by the subscriber or accidentally when following a link or pressing a button "Confirm" in newsletters.
  3. Additional functions from the operator. Beeline can also add options without notice. Most often, they are paid even if the person does not use the service.
  4. According to the provider's rules, several numbers can be issued for one user. If this is documented, the money is debited from one account in favor of repayment debt according to the second.

How can I find out what money was withdrawn for via phone?

You can find out what the money was written off for through your phone or computer. In the first case, you can use the application, call the operator or send a message. A specialist will give you any advice, you can call him at. It happens that all operators are busy and it is impossible to reach them. In this case, dial 8 800 7000 611. The consultant needs to explain the situation, find out for what functions the money was withdrawn and how to refuse them.

How to check what money is being written off for using the USSD command?

Short commands are an easy way to see what Beeline withdrew money for without long waits on the line. If a debit is noticed, you need to dial the combination * 122 # . In response comes a report on the latest 5 debits from a Beeline account. Among paid services, we often find those that the user didn’t even know about.

How can I see what paid services are connected?

Money can be written off for paid Beeline services. This is the most common reason for funds disappearing. You can figure out why your balance is decreasing using one of the methods described above. In your account or through the application, you can go to the item "Services", there will also be a list of options, including paid ones.

If you don’t have an account and don’t want to install the application, you can send a command from your mobile phone. When you call, a message is sent to the number with a list of all paid services that are activated on the phone.

How to disable Beeline paid services?

Among all the provider's offers, only a few may be useful. In order not to waste money, you need to disable paid services in your Beeline personal account. To do this, in the tab "Services" you need to find the one that is not needed. Opposite the option name there will be a virtual toggle switch; move it to the left with the mouse. This can be done with all functions. For those who have not created a profile, you can call .

What to do if itemizing expenses did not help?

In rare cases, even a write-off report does not help. Then you can find out why the money is written off at the Beeline office. The nearest Beeline subscriber support center can be easily found on company portal. Select your city and area. When contacting the branch, the client must have a passport and an agreement, if signed.

Competition between the leading cellular operators in Russia forces them to use various tricks, with the help of which they can simultaneously manage subscribers and increase their profits. To this end, Beeline unilaterally changes outdated tariff plans to new ones, often unprofitable for customers, and also seeks to impose paid services using various methods. But what should people do who are used to saving and are very surprised by sudden debits from their account? To understand where money goes on Beeline, we suggest understanding the reasons and ways to control services and subscriptions.

Top 4 reasons for writing off money from your account

Unfortunately, the number of complaints about the incomprehensible disappearance of money among Beeline clients is constantly growing. This fact is explained by the sum of two components: a change in marketing activities within the telecommunications company and the active actions of third-party organizations offering, for a certain subscription fee, to subscribe to the mailing list of horoscopes, jokes, weather forecasts, etc. Taking into account these factors, a total of 4 reasons can be identified that explain why money is withdrawn on Beeline.

  1. For providing paid subscriptions from third-party Internet resources. This is the most common reason for debiting money from an account, since it is easy to activate a subscription without knowing it. For example, when clicking on a link while surfing the Internet from your phone, when replenishing your account through an unverified site, while making online purchases.
  2. For the provision of paid services from Beeline that were ever connected and which the subscriber forgot about.
  3. Money can be withdrawn for debt using another number documented for one person.
  4. Because of hidden services, which were initially activated in tariff package, but were not announced by the operator. Withdrawal of money for this reason often occurs during a remote transition to another tariff plan.

Order details

After finding out the reasons, the user is left with two unresolved questions for Beeline: how to find out why money is being withdrawn from his account and how to stop debiting money? The most correct decision would be to order detailed expenses for the period of interest. The procedure itself is simple and can be completed in a couple of minutes. Personal account, in the “My Beeline” mobile application or through Beeline technical support.

The document provided by email or on the page in your Personal Account will indicate where you went cash and in what size.

How else can I check debits from my Beeline account? Firstly, you should periodically use the free “Easy Control” service, which allows you to view the last 5 changes to your mobile account. You can familiarize yourself with the conditions for obtaining details and “Easy control” in the article.

Secondly, send a USSD request * 110 * 09 # or call 067409. As a response, you will receive a message with a list of paid subscriptions activated on the SIM card.

Thirdly, download the user’s Personal Account, on the main page of which all connected services are displayed.

If you are unable to determine on your own why the money is being withdrawn, you should contact the helpline at 0611 or visit the subscriber service center.

Disable unnecessary options

There are several ways to stop receiving paid content:

  • in the “Services” section of your Personal Account;
  • in the “My Beeline” application directly from your smartphone/tablet;
  • using an individual USSD command for each option, which can be found on the operator’s official website.

Extra charges from your phone can disappoint your operator: it is important that funds from your mobile balance do not go to waste, but are spent only on paying for necessary communication services, and not imposed services. If you find that money has been debited from your number's balance, there are several ways to figure out why this happened. Commands and self-service services will help you quickly find out why you withdrew money on Beeline.

Is it possible to find out why the money was withdrawn on Beeline?

The fastest option is to dial *122# Call on your phone. In response to this request, you will receive an SMS message containing information about the last 5 paid charges from the phone number. In addition to the amount, the date and time will be indicated. The message will help determine where the money went from the phone.

Another common way is to log into your Beeline personal account. Login is a number without 8, the password is ordered with the command *110*9# Call. If you are logging into Personal for the first time, you will need to accept the offer and determine the type of access. You must select “Full”, then it will be possible to obtain all the information on the phone number and perform all the necessary actions. In your personal account, you will need to open the “Details” section (on the left), select the desired period and check for which money is withdrawn from your Beeline phone. Here you can also disable paid services.

In addition, you can:

  • View write-offs using mobile application"My Beeline." Navigation in it is the same as in your personal account.
  • Ask a question to a support specialist on the Beeline operator website.
  • Call the customer support center at 0611 (from Beeline number) or toll-free number 8-800-700-0611.
  • Write a letter to email with a description of the issue of interest and an indication of the phone number in question.
  • Contact your nearest Beeline office. You can find out where the nearest office is located on the operator’s website.

Why do they withdraw money from a Beeline phone?

There may be several reasons for debiting money from your account:

  • subscription fee for the selected tariff plan;
  • subscription fee for additional services included in the tariff plan (answering machine, additional Internet package, etc.);
  • mobile internet tariffs;
  • debiting money for subscriptions and entertainment services of third parties.
  • payment for services on the Internet.

Using the methods described will help you determine why Beeline is withdrawing money from your balance. Paid services can be connected:

  • when accessing the Internet from a phone;
  • when installing applications containing viruses;
  • when clicking on malicious links;
  • when dialing commands from a number;
  • when responding to silent messages;
  • when transferring access codes to a phone number to attackers.

You need to check the parameters of your tariff plan; it may have a subscription fee. To do this, dial the combination *110*05# Call or in your Personal Account. Perhaps the tariff plan simply does not suit the user’s needs and needs to be changed. A lot of money can be spent on mobile Internet.

IMPORTANT! To protect yourself from wasting money, you should not click on unfamiliar links, especially those received in SMS messages, do not respond to messages from unknown senders, and do not enter unfamiliar commands on your phone. It is useful to check your balance periodically, preferably every day, in order to track the withdrawal of money from your phone and quickly respond by removing everything unnecessary.

They withdraw money from Beeline: where to call

If write-offs occur despite the actions taken, you must promptly contact support. You can call the toll-free number 0611 (from Beeline), from any operator - 8-800-700-0611. When outside Russian Federation should be dialed toll free number Beeline support for calls from abroad – +7-495-797-27-27. When you are in Kazakhstan, you need to dial 116; calls from Beeline will be free.

When you call the Support Center, an automatic menu will appear. Some issues can be resolved immediately, using tone dialing mode. The autoinformer can announce a list of connected services on the number from which the call was made, tariff plan parameters, and the availability of paid subscriptions. Here you can disable withdrawing money from Beeline.

If the answer to the question is not found in the automatic menu, just go to any menu item; inside each item, the exit key to the operator should be announced. Most often it is 0 or 9.

Beeline withdraws money every day: how to turn it off

To disable paid write-offs, you must first determine the reason why the money is written off. You can check this in your personal account, or by calling the Support Center, writing an email, or visiting a Beeline office. Daily charges may occur due to entertainment subscriptions, services with daily subscription fee, paid tariff plan.

Then, depending on the type of debit, you can quickly disable paid services and subscriptions in your Personal Account. After the operation, it is recommended to turn off and turn on the telephone to update the information.

If you can’t remove the services yourself, you can ask a support specialist to do this and enable all possible bans on paid services and subscriptions. All restrictions on paid services are activated free of charge and will protect you from further loss of money from your number balance.

What to do if money continues to be debited

If paid services have already been disabled, but money continues to be debited, all you have to do is contact the Beeline office and write a written complaint describing the situation. In the request, be sure to demand that all additional paid services and subscriptions be removed from the number, recalculate (if you are sure that no paid services could be connected, even by accident), and establish a ban on the possibility of connecting paid services. Ask to make a copy of the request and put the date and application number on it so that the request reaches the executor, and there remains confirmation that the office was contacted with the request.

Written requests are reviewed from 24 hours to several weeks; as a result, a representative of the requests processing department must contact you and tell you about the actions taken with the number. If desired, you can ask for a response to your request to be sent by mail.

To protect yourself from unnecessary write-offs, just follow simple rules:

  • do not follow links from SMS messages and messages on social networks if you are not sure of their safety;
  • If you notice charges from a number, immediately contact support to disable paid services;
  • disable the Chameleon service. Chameleon is silent messages that pop up on the screen. They themselves are free, but following the links provided entails the activation of paid services and subscriptions. The combination to turn off the Chameleon is *110*20# Call;
  • do not give your phone number to strangers;
  • monitor what children are doing on the phone. They can download applications that pose a threat to the phone, which will entail debiting money from the Beeline number.
  • Be wary of requests from online acquaintances to pass on any code to them. Attackers often hack accounts social networks and through the codes they gain access to the number balance. Using codes, you can pay for services on the Internet without anyone’s knowledge;
  • Check your number balance daily using *102# Call. Any balance changes above normal will indicate the presence of paid services and subscriptions.
