The folder name depends on the OS and the theme of the disk file system. Let's say, in Windows 2000 and XP, the folder will be named "$RECYCLE.BIN".
Advice: even if the deleted file is located inside these folders, not corresponding to its original name, try to identify it by its extension (it always remains), size, or its internals (which can be found out through the preview).

Recovery programs
Data recovery after cleaning is possible using special software. There are several utilities that return information from a recently emptied Recycle Bin.

All utilities work on the same principle, scanning the drive for traces of deleted data. However, the results of their work vary, so if one program fails to cope with the task, then you need to move on to another, since there is always a chance of recovering information.
Data recovery
