The Megastroy company, Agava LLC, was founded on April 15, 1992 and the company employs more than 2,000 personnel. In 2005, a store of a fundamentally new, promising scale and modern level was opened - the Megastroy - Kazan hypermarket (5 thousand sq.m.), in July 2007, the Megastroy - N. Chelny hypermarket was launched (20 thousand sq.m. m.). At the moment, the Megastroy company has 8 hypermarkets and 4 retail stores. We work in the cities: Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Yoshkar-Ola, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary. Currently, construction of new hypermarkets of a new format is underway in Saransk, Sterlitamak, Ulyanovsk. Murmansk, Domostroitelnaya str., 7 market "MEGASTROY", evening 12/29/2017 19:55, there is one cash register with a queue with full carts about seven meters long...at another cash register there is a free cashier to answer my question: where and when check the LED (expensive) lamps, answers: At the first cash register..
I search for about three minutes... I ask again...
It turns out that it’s actually behind the cash register, i.e. you can take the goods and leave.
I’m checking the lamps with my family (we’re in a hurry): me, my wife, a 19-year-old son, a 13-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son..
We checked, we return to the checkout with a free cashier... she tells other customers that her shift is over and she also needs to go home to the children, which is why the customers immediately throw a bunch of goods with wide wallpaper at the checkout and leave indignantly.
At the checkout at 20:00, where there is a queue of 6-7 people, the cashier pretends that the computer has frozen, making unflattering remarks towards the customers.
I personally begin to make comments on the quality of customer service, ask to call the boss and insist that a market of this size should work until the last client checks out..., despite the clients abandoning the chosen product for a long time and leaving, outraged by the rudeness of the market workers...

After 7 minutes, at 20:07, some dude, standing and silently observing all this time, joins the process, claiming that he is the Chief (without a badge), but without introducing himself exactly who he is.
And he got involved in such a way that he began with threats to call the police and write a statement against me for petty hooliganism (in his words - verbatim)... with such a “challenge” and open rudeness that it became uncomfortable in front of his children!!!

When the cashier gave me the check at 20.10, with displeasure throwing the LED lamps I was buying on the counter, remarking to me that “I talked a lot, but was not prepared for the payment”...
The dude, who within three minutes had already threatened me with the police and personally filed a statement against me, decided to “see off” me and my family like this: “EVERYTHING, LET’S GET OUT OF HERE” and “ONE MORE WORD - I’M CALLING THE POLICE”...
I put out the blood that was boiling in my head (for the sake of my children) ... but the queue stood silently (except for one also indignant woman) and was offended - from all of the above and from the real possibility of their non-service by these representatives of the loud-sounding Internet market. MEGASTROY"...
THIS IS HOW OUR PEOPLE ARE RAISED IN THE NEW YEAR'S MOOD!!!...FOCUSED ON THEIR HOUSEHOLD PROBLEMS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT (it's a shame to call them this word) "MEGASTROY PERSONNEL"...

...There are many Thoughts and Desires on the topic of “that Dude”...but maybe the Leaders of this “MEGASTROY” will personally solve with him the Problem of his direct Assignment and explain to him the Responsibilities assigned to him by his staff and salary?!! !
