If a parcel from Aliexpress arrived in another city or country, you need to collect evidence of the seller’s error, and then open a dispute regarding the order.
If the product has been in a transit country for 2-3 weeks, you need to figure out why the Aliexpress parcel is stuck in Latvia through dialogue with the seller or through the support service.

The first letter R indicates that the small package is registered, for the parcel there will be the letter C, EMC mail begins with the Latin E. The numbers guarantee the uniqueness of the number. But the last letters define the country postal service, where the parcel was sent from.
