The fewer frames, the more twitchy and torn the image becomes; we usually call this effect “brakes.” If the image is shaking, moves in jerks- this means the game (or movie) is “slow.” Due to the nature of human vision, stuttering usually starts below 24 frames per second. Therefore, for example, films are shown at 30 frames per second, and many games for Xbox And Playstation by default they are blocked at the same level.

However, this does not mean that since our eyes can only distinguish 24 frames per second, an increase in frame rate beyond thirty will not be noticeable.
