We transform the pasted copied texture layer by pressing the Ctrl+T button combination, and flip it in a mirror by pulling the appeared points. To combine two layers into one, you need to select 2 or more layers and press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+J. This action will result in them being combined into one image.
